Virtual-Instructor Led Training or Instructor-Led Training includes a PowerPoint slide deck, Facilitator's guide, and participant's guide. VILT or ILT allows participants to engage and interact in the eLearning with the facilitator, producer, and other participants in a scheduled training session. Training sessions are recorded and participants will have continued access to training notes and the session recording for follow-up review.
